Peeled&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Soak potatoes in water while preparing for other ingredients&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 bunch of Rosemary, chopped roughly&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 big Garlic, chopped finely&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 ml of Olive Oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp of Mild Paprika&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Light grated cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preheat Oven at 200 deg.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Drain water from potatoes and pat dry. Slice potatoes thinly but not completely, leaving the whole potato fully intact. Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray and stuff the grated cheese in between the slices, sprinkle minced garlic sparingly all over followed by rosemary. sprinkle olive oil, salt, paprika and pepper to taste. bake for 40 - 60 mins. Her bread taste exactly like the spelt bread from The Lily's Windmild! Its very traditional unlike the `hollow' bread from the local bakers. pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp corn flour&lt;br /&gt;3 cups veg stock&lt;br /&gt;200g Mushrooms thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup chopped fresh parsley&lt;br /&gt;1 slice of puff pastry&lt;br /&gt;Beaten egg for glazing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil, sauté all veg ingredients and pour in veg stock! WALA!&lt;br /&gt;Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 mins medium heat.&lt;br /&gt;Transfer soup to a bake ware&lt;br /&gt;Lay puff pastry on top serve as lid.&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 30 mins 150 deg&lt;br /&gt;Serve hot.
