Nyonya Tamarind King Prawns
Ingredients:
500g King Prawns 1 tbsp Olive Oil a pinch of salt and sugar to taste 1 tsp Chili Powder 20g Tamarind or 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
Marinate King Prawns with the ingredients above for a minimum of 30 minutes. Heat pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Pan fried both sides. Do not overcook prawns.
